About 120 students participated in our information session on electronic waste at the G.D. Somani School in Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. Students listened attentively to a presentation on the harmful effects of improper e-waste disposal on the environment and human health. Guidance on responsible ways to collect and dispose of e-waste were shared with students. The school will start a student-led e-waste management programme this month.
